How will we work together?

  1. Step One: Get in Touch

Submit the new client inquiry form to start the process. We'll be in touch within 24 hours of receiving your inquiry.

2. Step Two: Schedule Initial Consultation Meeting

We will schedule an initial call to kick off our planning process. We'll spend some time getting to learn about one another as we kick off our partnership and then we will dive into a few of the following topics:

  • Where you are hoping to go / what you are hoping to experience on this trip (and if you don't quite know where you want to go yet - we will figure that out!)

  • How you and your travel companions like to travel

  • Your travel history

  • Additional interests that can be woven into your trip: viticulture, gastronomy, adventure experiences, etc.

  • Our planning services and what aligns best with your travel needs

We offer two types of itineraries:

  • Accommodations-only: we assist with recommending & booking accommodations with all our usual perks & benefits, as well as also handling basic airport transfers and flights (if requested). All other trip details & services are handled directly between the guest and the hotel concierges or on own.

  • Fully-Customized: we put together a complete itinerary inclusive of all hotels, logistics, flights (if requested), tours & experiences, activities, etc, in collaboration with one of our local preferred tour operators.

3. Step Three: Planning & Proposals

The fun part! Depending upon your trip needs, we will collaborate on the perfect itinerary for your trip, based on your timeframe, priorities, and budget.

You can choose from an Accomodations Only itinerary or a Fully Customized Itinerary.

4. Final trip confirmations

7-10 days prior to your departure, you will receive a final digital itinerary to take with you on your travels.

5. Depart!

Your trip is finally here and now you can relax and enjoy knowing we have taken care of every detail. We’re available during your trip for any last minute questions or unforeseen issues.

Does it cost extra for us to work together?

No, it doesn’t! Samantha Rose Travel is compensated directly by our travel partners, so you pay the same rate whether booking directly or through us.

Currently, we do not charge planning fees for our Fully Customized Itinerary service. We only ask that, once we reach the proposal stage, you are committed to moving forward with booking to honor our partnership and the time invested in creating your personalized experience.

What is the benefit of booking flights through your team?

If you’d like assistance with booking flights through the SmartFlyer Air Team, there is a $100 per person added fee. This includes expert guidance on the best flights to take, as well as 24/7 access to our client support line in case of any changes or cancellations - no more waiting on hold for hours with the airline!
